C’mon Bethany – how can you list not checking voicemail as a bad habit? I see it as a time saver!
Tina, I guess I wasn’t totally sure what it was either, because I had to look it up to answer your question. According to blogossary.com, “A meme is a type of online chain letter where bloggers answer questions or participate in a quiz designed to give a quick overview of the author’s personality.Once the author completes the meme, it is customary to tag other bloggers to participate.” So, I guess it’s called a “meme,” but I’d never heard that word before. I’d just seen people say things like “I’ve been tagged!” So, it looks like it’s the blogging version of the forwarded emails you get in your email that ask you to fill out the survey and send it to all your friends and tell them to fill it out and send it to you and all their friends. I generally don’t approve of forwarded emails, and I’m guessing that after a couple of “tags” I’ll probably get sick of that too. So, if you’re ever tagged by me, know that my feelings won’t be hurt if you don’t do anything about it.
Mmmmmmmm we have some favorite foods! I agree about ice cream and brownies as numero uno! Mmmmm Sat morning breakfast anyone?
So I read somewhere when you hit a weight plateau you need to increase your intensity by 10% and decrease your calories by 10%…if you are trying to loose. But as a yoga instructor…I can tell you that yoga builds major muscle…just long lean ones so you won’t look bulky or maybe even look too much different at first but if you are going to classes that are even a little challenging, you will be building major muscle (esp in legs and shoulders) and muscle burns fat and does weigh more than it. You are a smoking hot mama though so just keep being insipiring to me to get my but to the treadmill!!!!!
