Primary Presidency Meeting Agenda Template
Nov 15th, 2007 by Bethany
The Church handbooks encourage us to have agendas for our meetings to make them more efficient and to help us to prepare. There is a really basic outline of an agenda for any meeting in the handbooks, but I haven’t found anything specific to presidency meetings or to Primary, so I’ve made a working draft of a template for our presidency meetings. I combined the handbook’s basic outline with some templates I found online and with my (admittedly limited) personal experience. I thought that it might be helpful to someone else sometime, so I’m posting it on my blog. As a disclaimer, please note that the Church itself hasn’t endorsed or even seen my outline and that this is just what I’ve used a couple of times and is almost certainly imperfect.

Thanks – just got called to be Primary Prez – this is really going to help!
Bethany……..How funny! I just got called to be the Primary President in my ward. As I am searching for ideas for our first presidency meeting…..your blog comes up! If I’m not mistaken….you are Colin Jensen’s wife! (I’m one of Kim’s best childhood friends!) SMALL WORLD! Thanks for the tips!
Awesome Amy! I love it and am always surprised when people I know find me via my blog. Good luck with that new calling! Hope the tips come in handy.
Thanks Amy! Just what I need!
Thanks Bethany! This is just what we needed. I thought we were doing great with our vague little agendas we were using, but after meeting with the stake leaders yesterday it looks as though we had a few things slip through the cracks. Ugh! Thanks for providing this here!
