Tuna Sandwiches

We eat a lot of tuna sandwiches around. We like them. They have lots of good protein and they're not too messy. Drawback: too smelly to eat around other people (i.e. at work).
Colin likes his tuna simple. A can of tuna and a big spoonful of mayo mixed together, slathered between two pieces of white bread, or just eaten from the bowl with a spoon.
I like my tuna on wheat bread with veggies. Here's what I put in it today:
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 Tbsp (approx) mayonaise
- a squirt of prepared mustard
- 4 mini pickles sliced up
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce
