Portable Instant Snacks

Here is a list of ideas for things to bring with you to eat as snacks when you're not home that I made for my sister who's working and didn't leave herself a dinnertime slot open when she put together her schedule.
- Cheese sticks
- Granola bars
- Jerky
- Banana Apple Pear Orange/Tangerine (t's are easier to peel)
- Pudding/Jello cups
- Cottage cheese (big container or cups)
- Lunch meat (try to find the kind with no nitrates)
- Trail mix
- Pre-cut veggies and dip
- Nuts
- Dried fruit (raisins in those little boxes, apricots, crasins)
- Dry cereal (or in yogurt)
- Yogurt
- Bag of lettuce and dressing
- Fruit cups (like peaches or pears or applesauce–in the section where they have canned fruit)
